Our goal is to create meaningful change & awareness for those living with rare diseases in Canada. Canadians living with rare diseases encounter a multitude of barriers that can cause a burden on everyday life. Our strategy is to address the physical, social, and financial barriers that face rare disease patients, and engage the community to become part of the solution.
