The Windsor-Essex Community Health Centre is offering a educational workshop to assist caregivers take better care of themselves. It runs for six weeks from July 14th to August 18th on Wednesdays from 9:30am to 11am. Research shows these workshops help caregivers to improve their self-care behaviours, manage their emotions, increase confidence and increases the use of local services to provide additional support.
