“Every Child Matters” is the Orange Shirt Day slogan, meaning all children are important – including the ones left behind and the adult survivors who are still healing from the trauma of Indian Residential Schools. This day reminds us to support the survivors and stand against all forms of racism, including systemic racism, and bullying in our societies.
