The end of Ramadan is celebrated with the first Eid, which is Eid al Fitr (or the Festival of Breaking the Fast) across the world on the 1st Day of Shawwal. This date is expected around April 9th or 10th this year. Eid al Fitr is often celebrated with communal prayers in the morning, visiting family and friends, exchanging gifts, and breaking bread with friends, family & neighbours.
