Yom HaSho’ah, or Holocaust Remembrance Day, is the day of commemoration to remember the approximately six million Jews murdered in the Holocaust. It corresponds with the 27th day of Nisan on the Hebrew calendar. It additionally marks the anniversary of the Warsaw Ghetto Uprising.
